  • Ensuring social distancing measures are taken in all waiting areas
  • Continuing the practice of cleaning and disinfecting exams rooms thoroughly between every patient visit
  • Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for all staff members at our health clinics

Major depression (MDD) is an extremely common condition worldwide. It causes symptoms such as loss of interest in activities and low energy. Feelings of hopelessness, worthlessness, and guilt can be overwhelming. MDD may lead to changes in in sleep patterns, too. Up to 75% of people with MDD have trouble falling and/or staying asleep at night, even with antidepressant use.
